秋时蓝蟹全蟹宴

秋风起，蟹脚痒，吃蟹正当时。我们的祖先做事情都要讲究个性意境，顺应时节，用现在时髦的话说，要有仪式感。秋天里最有仪式感的莫过于登高、赏菊、食蟹。所谓“不时不食”，不随着季节的脚步吃应季的美食，岂不是少了很多的乐趣？

马里兰州盛产蓝蟹。蓝蟹是梭子蟹的一种，背部呈淡绿色，蟹腿带有鲜亮的蓝色，主要分布在美国的大西洋沿岸，马里兰州的切萨皮克湾出产的最为有名。每年的中秋过后，正是马州蓝蟹最肥美的季节，天时地利人和，Q by Peter Chang 旗舰店的全蟹宴应运而生了。杯中挥洒秋天的韵味，咂咂唇，让舌尖百度秋天的味道。

现将本次活动说明如下：

1、本场活动只有40位名额，超过40人，恕无法接待，敬请谅解。

2、票价每人$ 70（含小费、税）

3、活动地址：Q by Peter Chang ：4500 E West Hwy ，Bethesda ，MD。停车场地址：4641 Montgomery Ave #110, Bethesda, MD 20814。公共停车场，周日不收费。

4、有食物过敏者，请慎重考虑！

5、时间：10月18日中午十二点。

Seasonal Tasting Series: Autumn Blue Crab Feast (October 18th, Lunch at 12:00 PM).

As the autumn wind rises, the crab legs itch—it's the perfect time to enjoy crabs. Our ancestors were very particular about aesthetics and the natural rhythm of the seasons. In modern terms, they valued a sense of ritual. In autumn, the most ceremonial activities are climbing to high places, admiring chrysanthemums, and eating crabs. The phrase “eat according to the season” means that if you don't enjoy seasonal delicacies, aren't you missing out on a lot of joy? Maryland is famous for its blue crabs. Blue crabs are a type of swimming crab, with a light green back and bright blue legs, mainly found along the Atlantic coast of the United States, with the Chesapeake Bay in Maryland producing the most renowned ones. After the Mid-Autumn Festival each year, it is the season when Maryland blue crabs are at their plumpest. With the perfect combination of time and place, Q by Peter Chang flagship store presents the Full Crab Feast. Savor the essence of autumn in each sip, savor the flavors, and let your taste buds explore the taste of fall. The details of this event are as follows:

1. This event is limited to 40 participants. Food will be served family style to be shared with all the guests. (We apologize that we cannot accommodate more than 40 guests.)

2. Ticket price: $70 per person (including gratuity and tax. All sales are final & non-refundable).

3. Venue: Q by Peter Chang, 4500 E West Hwy, Bethesda, MD. Parking: 4641 Montgomery Ave #110, Bethesda, MD 20814. Public parking, free on Sundays. (Please note this is an dine-in only event).

4. Those with food allergies, please consider carefully! We will not be able to make any modifications.

5. Time: October 18th at 12:00 P.M. (Please come on time so we will not start without you).
