This class served the first in-house cooking class to take place at Q by Peter Chang with the hopes of further educating fans on the beauty, history, and diversity behind authentic Chinese cuisine.

Washington D.C. - Chef Peter Chang participated in Sips & Suppers, a two-evening event hosted in partnership by Martha's Table and DC Central Kitchen aiming to help fight hunger and address the challenges of poverty in the Washington D.C. area. 

Since it begins, Sips & Suppers has raised over $2.5 million. This year the the Honorary Chairs remain José Andrés, and Alice Waters. Nearly 40 Suppers and almost 80 chefs throughout the region were fighting hunger on the same night.
